New MTX! Ball Lightning - Blood Balls

so here is a new Ball Lightning Suggestion.
Turns them into squirting blood balls. Sorry if anyone has come up with this idea before, not trying to steal ideas. A New Ball Lightning MTX Coagulated Blood Balls. Edit: An RNG system on how messy the "blood ball" type comes out. So on occasion you cast a nasty ass bloody ball, maybe with other matter in it. Making all kinds of gains.
