Fastest way to get the overcharged achievement?

Is there an easy way? I would like to get this one since I have no luck on chances and six linking.

You have 9 charges by default already. Get 2 Kaom's signs and 2 storm Prisons, that's 13 charges. Need 2 more from the tree or bandit quest, I'm sure you have a character with this - if not just use a reset in standard. Or you can use corrupted items - whatever you have available to get 15.
Then equip Doedre's Elixirs and spam them. This is probably easiest in your hideout (lift it up with your mouse, and put it back down in your belt to refill it). You could also use malachai's loop and/or the aylardex and darkray vectors for even more charges. And no skill point investment.
