wtf all of a sudden like all the uniques on the wiki say "3% reduced movement speed (hidden)"

There has always been a movement speed penalty for strength based shiels and chests. There's even a node in the duelist area says it removes it.

yeah but wiki shows em on evasion shields and stuff too... probably an error?
its weird cause i was looking at Infernal Mantle and according to wiki new one has -3% movespeed and the legacy one doesnt (on the wiki) so i was like WTF?! ... i got a legacy one just for that lol (well i had both in stash) |

Those have always been there, it applies to all base items, not just the unique versions.

The wiki is a bit special, is all. Due to the large amount of data that exists, it's difficult to keep everything 100% consistent.
Body armours and shields (generally) come with movespeed penalties, since forever. Armour pieces have higher penalties. These are hidden modifiers, and at one point someone on the wiki decided to list these in most places. Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Oct 13, 2016, 5:19:45 AM
