Chimera Boss Bugged - stuck

So I've just been fighting the chimera boss. First phase were goats I think(or dogs, not 100% sure). Killed them, but the boss is not coming back down form the palisades. Nothing happening at all... :(
Tried porting in and out, logging in and out. No change.
