Is Frenzy skill viable as main attack?

I was thinking about making a pathfinder dualwield with frenzy skill and poison on hit from pathfinder passive.
I would probably get about 10 frenzy charges so it's 40% more damage
Does it make sense?

Frenzy isn't the greatest skill any more, but of course you can still make a build around it. Consider raider instead of pathfinder for melee frenzy, and use something like Cospri's will or even the poison gem for the poison on hit.

There is a helmet enchantment that further boosts your Frenzy damage per Frenzy charge. I'd imagine this would be essential to any build that uses Frenzy as a main attack skill.

If you are going to make a frenzy build then go for Snakebite, you get Poison, a lot more of AS and completely clear all your accuracy problems, while the reduced charge duration becomes irrelevant.

Raider is also a better choice for a frenzy user than a pathfinder.

In your tree pick that Survivalist node, max res is really powerful, and as a raider get Avatar of Slaughter and Avatar of the Veil, onslaught is not good for you since you already have such massive AS improvements.

If you're trying to get street-cred like "look guys I played Frenzy build to level 97", then yeah, I guess. Go for it.

Otherwise the only reason to play Frenzy as main attack is if someone puts a gun to your head.

Could you recommend a better singletarget skills for a first time bow-user? I'm building towards phys damage and Chaos damage, just in case if thats important.
