FROSTBOLT TEMPLAR CI VP 107k DPS Work in Progress

Hello guys, this is a build in working on and i could use some advice to improve it
I'm using the Frostbolt gem introduced to the game in 2.3.0 and i couldnt find any build that uses this gem. I first started working on this character to use Icespear but then i decided to try this new gem since i made a couple Ice Spear characters prob 2 or 3 years ago.
Some Stats
DPS with 3 Frenzy Charges and 6 Power Charges  Total Energy shield with a 473ES body armour and level 19 Discipline is 6289 Bought a new chest plate with 729es that will increased my total es to 7195 but i havent linked yet so im not using it

For Ascendancy class i picked inquisitor, then i picked Righteous Providence Inevitable Judgement and will pick these after completing merciless and uber labs Instruments of virtue Augury of Penitence

Normal - Kill All Cruel - Kill All Merciless - Help Alira for an additional Power Charge
