how to get prismatic rings?

do they just drop or can u trade it some how from the vendor?

is there also a list like something, where u can see if u trade some stuff what u would get in exchange?
im asking becouse for example 7 iron rings + rare coral ring u will get a rare life regen amulet.

and i think there are alot of more such things u can do but where can i find and read those?

Prismatic Rings drop all over the place, however they are itemlevel 30+ so you wont see any in early parts of the game (normal diff)
