Noob crafter here

I'm sorry for this guys but I'm the hugest noob when it comes to item prefix and suffix mods if you guys could be amazing and help me I would appreciate it. My question is for this ring can I multi craft strength & dexterity or attributes to it before I waste a exalts finding out on my own, Thank you.

So far, you have 2 prefixes (energy shield and -6 mana cost) and 1 suffix ( +12% all res). The multimod is a suffix, which leaves room for one more suffix. This means, you can only craft strength OR dex OR +all attributes after adding the Elreon mod.
