Colossal Mana Flask bug?

]I don't if it's a major or minor bug or a bug at all but I have come across 2 different colossal Mana flasks first both looks exactly like the greater Mana flask and secondly is the recovery value the health colossal flask gives 1000 recovery and from what I have seen the first recovery value was 380 and then the second value I seen was 200. The first was somewhere act 3 the market and second was in the lunaris temple floor 2 as monster drops.

The mana flasks have different item levels and as such recover mana at different values. If you pick up the mana flask and type /itemelevel it will tell you the level.

umad?
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
In case it's not obvious from the above posts, different mana potions do recover different amounts, but it's not based on itemlevel. Instead it's based on:
a) The type of mana flask.
b) The mods on the mana flask.
c) The quality of the mana flask.

A normal colossal mana flask recovers 200 mana. With 9% quality, it recovers 9% more, which is how you get 218 like in the photo. Mana flasks can also get affixes like 'Caustic' which gives: "60% increased Mana Recovered, Removes 15% of Mana Recovered from Life when used" which would affect the amount recovered as well.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Well then if that is the case then the colossal mana flasks suck big time compered to the giant mana flask which comes just before the colossal flask which restores 340 with no mods and the colossal health flask which restores 1000 life with no mods as well.

IF the colossal mana Flask Restores 200 normal then it's weaker than the normal grand mana flask which restores 210 mana with no mods?

Both the Colossal flasks Mana&Life requires lvl 30

Or just hover over it and hold the Alt key. :P
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.

If you'll forgive me, you're oversimplifying things rather dramatically.

The Grand Mana Flask is better at;
- Total mana restored per use; it provides 210 mana over the Colossal's 200.

The Colossal Mana Flask is better at;
- Mana restored per second. It returns 35 MPS; the Grand only offers 21 MPS.
- Recharging quickly. It requires only 5 charges per use; the Grand needs 8.
- Max uses without charge regen. It can be used 5 times; the Grand only 3.

Okay, let's compare the Giant & Colossal Mana Flasks next.

The Giant Mana Flask is better at;
- Total mana restored per use; 340 compared to the Colossal's 200.
- Mana restored per second. 48 compared to 35.

The Colossal Mana Flask is better at;
- Recharging quickly. It need 5 charges per use; the Giant needs twice that.
- Max uses without charge regen. It can be used 5 times, the Giant only 4.

The tl;dr is that the Colossal Mana Flask is designed to be something you can maintain a very high uptime of, whereas other mana flasks often offer more mana immediately (which can be wasted) and are typically less efficient. You can't only look at a single number to compare them.
Sarno knows where it's at. Colossal mana flask is the best mana flask until Hallowed, for most builds.
