Quite possibly. I figured because he said BV was superior "in every way", in a thread about generating power charges when you main skill is BV, that it was probably worth pointing it out anyway though.

And that's why you can link Less Duration or just overcast it when you don't need it.

Also, if you stop casting BV to cast something else, you're losing up-time on your BV. So what it is doesn't matter.
