[Suggestion] new Skill gem

I got an idea for a new Spell ~ skill gem influenced by Storm call.

Similar to storm call, it calls down a marker on the ground which detonates causing lightning to strike that point but instead of an Area of Effect, you then have 4-7(increase as gem levels) bolts of smaller lightning scatter around the ground from the center in all directions. It would be similar to the effect of lightning strike. The second part of the skill counts as projectiles, so it can be modify with supports gems like chain or pierce, for better pack clearing.
