Is Chaos Fire Nova Mine Still A Thing?

I'm currently leveling a Fire Nova Mine build and loving it. However, I remember seeing old chaos FNM builds and was curious if this is still possible. With the Consuming Dark and Infernal Mantle nerfs, is 75% conversion the max now? And if so, is this enough to make a viable build or is it no longer worth it? Any input is appreciated!
