im running with 10 zombies 5 spectres and animated guardian.
quite often i find myself getting one shot and i have no idea what can i do to prevent it..
HP:3608
ES:1785

using vitality and purity of elements auras.

hoping someone could point me how can i survive in level 75+ content, i really like summoner class and want to play it but its really frustrating losing so much EXP for nothing and probably not being viable for any end game bosses

Your yellow gear is quite frankly bad. Your helm as well must be changed ...anyway only belt is good enough and ruby ring is kinda okayish ,but rest is real crap. Why is your ring corrupted?

In short,item-wise, you haven't balanced your own resistances with maximum life bonuses.

I suggest go and take str+agi necklase and change the gold ring. I 'd consider it good with 1 or 2 resistances around 30 and higher than 60 life roll. You can add craft stats str and dext with master's tools if you still need those for your gems.

Then you say you use two auras ,but I see anger which is useless in your case.
First ,get a 4 socket linked helm - Zealot helm is really good as it often rolls bonuses for minions. You can also use essence to craft items. Place the gems from your hands into the helmet ,remove fire phys dmg support gem and put stone golem in there.

For support utility spell I'd go with Ball lighting linked with faster casting ,spell echo and blind support. Place that in your hands item. Yes ,we remove less mana. You won't run out of mana with 4 linked spells.
Then next is your animate guardian ,which I think is useless ,but I might be wrong here. I 'd go with added lighting dmg or added cold dmg so your zombies can shock or stun freeze. Or another support gem I can't think of atm.
Since you are using those uniques ,I'd reform the sword with how you have socketed it and then link it:here is how-
use jeweler's orb if possible to get 6 sockets. now You link from those 6 sockets atleast 4.

Now here is the thing - drop rejuvanation totem and get spell totem. Link spell totem with Summon Skeletons ,minion dmg OR minion ele resist ,minionlife.

If you were lucky and got your 6 socketed sword ,move your two auras in the extra non linked slots.
Now your boots are free except desecrate so we place poacher's mark there as well and add Increased Area of Effect and Increased Duration.

You have a serious lack of elemental resistances. I count 37% fire, 14% cold and 7% lightning on merciless, with purity of elements active. I can't see what jewels you have socketed, so perhaps those give a bit more. The game is balanced around having capped (75%) elemental resistances, so you're taking about three times as much elemental damage as is intended. I always try to hit the cap without purity of elements to have more room for other auras.

Most of your armour is rather low level. I can see why you'd want to keep the boots, but replace the helmet and gloves with something sensible. You'll need to get some good resistances on them to offset the fact that the boots and chest give none.

Rings are another prime source of resistances which you've almost totally neglected. I would replace both of them with elemental resist rings that have some additional resistance and life affixes. I find taking some of the big stat nodes in the passive tree a good option for reducing the pressure to have attributes on gear.

Your tree is mostly good, but I spotted an opportunity to save two points by pathing optimization along the upper edge. The armour/ES nodes at the templar area are suboptimal as well since you don't have any armour. There are much better ES nodes available. Here's a tweaked version:

Too many unique equipment which also limit your choices for boosting defenses.

Since you're using Queen's Escape that gives you an opportunity for Two 5-Link/6 Socket Items.

As people have said upgrade your Helmet,Rings,Necklace and Gloves with some better items. If you can afford and aren't averse from it try and buy an ilvl 84 bases of the items you'll want.

A Bone Helmet with a +2 to Socketed Minions with some Resistance or Life Mods should also help.

If your Animate Guardian is the staple Aurabot it should have at least Leer Cast and Dying Breath. For the Body,Gloves and Boots try to find ones which increase its defensiveness as you'll be using it mainly as an Aurabot.
