Minotaur map Crashes

This is the second time the Minotaur map crashed today. After the crash, I lost all of my portals, and yeah, that means I lost 2 x lv16 map and gain nothing.

Same problem. I killed the Minotaur for the first time (even got credit for the kill in my achievements!) but the crash killed all my portals and the map did not unlock either. So I got the kill achievement but nothing else that should have happened with it.

Minotaur map has crashed twice for me too now, drops loot and everyone in the map gets booted to login

It seems it's related to blocking falling rocks right after minotaur death. I got this instance crash just once on my max block character, last thing I've seen was tempest shield chain animation.
