Bandits: skill pt / Kraityn / Alira

Due to the support gems connected to cyclone my cyclone costs 5 mana. WIth 3 auras active I can't use it, since I only have 3mana not reserved. How can I make use of my cyclone?

Why use PCoC when you are wearing Volls?
