Just want to verify this.
The mod will not show up on the tooltip, but does in fact work? Is there a reason? Most uniques I have used reflect such things, for example leech. |

The skillbar tooltip never shows all the Skill's information, it shows what modifiers the Skill has from its Supports.
Heartbreaker works just fine. |
