Heartbreaker Royal Skean culling strike not working for spells

I am trying to use a Heartbreaker Royal Sken and it just do not give the culling strike effect to spells.

Can you look into it?

Are you sure? It's always worked fine for me. What spells are you using? Only hits can cull so if you're using damage over time you can't cull.

I tried with freezing pulse, not working.

My build is lightning warp totem. Lightning warp is a spell. It might not work for the spell cast by a totem, but it should work on my freezing pulse.

Hmmm. Yeah, it should work on your freezing pulse. I can't think of anything that might prevent a cull except maybe Southbound gloves.

Its not working since I fight a Boss till the very end, not working the culling. I tested and retested.

It should work on your LW totems and on your self-cast FP. Although if you aren't dealing any damage yourself (Ancestral Bond), there's no point in trying to get cull with FP since the totems will always cull.

And it worked fine for me. Try using flame totem or incinerate to test it since they do lots of little hits over time.
