Where does Bowyer's Dream drop in 2.4?

Well, since half the T11 and T12 bosses one shot me, I figured I would spend level 90->91 maybe farming this, since I'll probably end up needing it anyways. I've yet to see this spawn in the map that the wiki says it spawns in, so I'm not sure if it's outdated give the new 2.4 maps and changes. Does it still spawn in the same map, and it's just super rare and then always drops the card? Is it super rare and the drop itself is also super rare? Is it another map's boss? Thanks
