Crafting question

I have this sword and want to craft it into the highest damage I can. What is the best way to do that?

What are the typical steps, in what order, to be efficient?

My masters are at level 6.
I have chaos orbs, but no exalts.
I do have a few essences that are pretty high.

Get an ilvl83 exquisite blade, around 5000 alteration orbs, 300 scouring and regal, 2 exalts and maybe we'll get somewhere.

That sounds like a "Don't waste your time on that garbage." answer, and only the rich can make cool stuff.

As an unsophisticated player/crafter who is happy with level 84, the result you showed looks pretty good to me. I do wonder what kind of dps it would yield.
