for ice golem, use it in a Cast when Damage Taken setup.

Death's Door are pretty good, +1 endurance and immune to bleed is nice.
I think Death Door is the best but you can probably use High Es Boots also if you want.

edit : Get Voll's Devotion before Death's Door.

Op doesn't use golem in cwdt setup I'm wondering how he does it. Using it with cwdt would really lower the ice golem gem level too much...
