Vulnerability at 20/20 supported by level 4 enhance with 30-40% increased curse effect is something like 100% increased physical damage taken. At that point the free bleed becomes insane, something like 25% more damage if the enemy is standing still (10% base damage / 3 attacks per second X 1.2 less duration X 1.2 frenzy charges X 2.5 from increased physical dot taken X 2 from increased sources = 24).

This could be a strong advantage until patch 2.4 that all bosses now have multiplier rather than a reduction curse effect.

Well it's still pretty strong; to take Temp Chains as an example, the slow amount went from 48% with 40% increased effect to 33%, which is still a very solid effect against the toughest bosses in the game.
