Drop Location of Emperor of Purity as of 2.4

the page of the divination card says it can be found in chambers of sin level 1 & 2 amongst others, but it's only listed as a card in Chamber of sins Level 2 not in level 1. I found two while leveling but i cant recall where i found them and no i wanted to farm them instead of farming dried lake, so if you remember where you found a Emperor of Purity pls tell me :D

was it normal or cruel difficulty?
