[WIP][2.4] EHC: Bow Flameblast totem build - low budget

Concept build idea: Using a 5l bow to get access to a second 5L for frenzy charge + power charge generation and curse on hit, run a second curse on blasphemy and haste for cast speed. Go heavily crit inquisitor for 100%pen and free cast speed/attack speed when using frenzy.

Pros & Cons
+Fun to play! feels more like an archer build rather than totem.
+High cast speed for the totems and lightning warp!
+Not so painful to maintain stacks, as you literary have a couple of secs to do something else while your totems charge up.
+Mobile compare to selfcast flame blast.
+Reflect free
+Dual curse for survival(temp + enfeeble).
+Pretty safe playstyle with totems.
-Diamond flask is pretty mandatory
-Still a bit slow due to flameblast mechanics compare to other cookie cutter builds.
-No leech
-Cannot run no regen.

Planned passive tree at 110 pt roughly lvl 90~

Bandits:
oak(life) - alira(cast speed) - alira(power charge)/krait(frenzy charge)

Core/recommended gear:
5L high crit base bow with a essence of woe crafted on it for spell dmg
random 5L or 6L
spike-point quiver, +life +crit chance +crit multi +res/accuracy
Maligaros for dex and crit, facebreaker most likely better for dmg.

*testing ele prolif over aoe, increases clearspeed on packs a lot, still ok dmg for bosses, might swap it for conc if needed later on.

Need to fix mana for lightning warp, possible to drop quicksilver for silverflask.
Need to fix chaos res, shit hits like a truck.
