Game needs an intermediary exchange mechanism for exact price buyout items.
Something like: A seller puts up an item in a public stash tab - a buyer seeks item via poe.trade somehow looks up seller in game and visits their hideout while seller is afk or offline/not in hideout - goes to the seller's 'shop board' that holds the listed buyout items - buyer opens a trade window with that board, selects the item they want and after they input the correct amount of currency in the trade window the seller's trade board automatically accepts the trade and the buyer receives the item - the seller receives currency by it being automatically put in a currency stash tab and a seller can only trade and receive currency in this way by having a currency stash tab.
