Why the prophecy Fated Connections of Prophecy league is not wroking in standard

I have the prophecy Fated Connections of Prophecy league,now i play game in standard,why the prophecy Fated Connections is not wroking?when I tried to use Jeweler's Orb m it is not 6 linking and prophecy is not working. I have tried changing zones, tried reloging and nothing works. Is it a bug or something?

" http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Fated_Connections you have to apply jeweler orbs yourself (don't use vorici's bench) and if you roll 6 sockets they're also 6 linked the prophecie's description doesn't say anything about automatically 6 socketing age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
