Character freeze but Nothing else

Called ISP they claimed that there is nothing on my end and If I wanted I could get a tech out here on my dime and I know thats its not my end. Nothing has changed since before 2.4 and now besides poe being updated. I dont know what to do I see allot of people are having AMD issues I just hope this gets sorted out soon.

So I got a new modem still experiencing the same EXACT ISSUE. Character cannot be commanded but everything else is still running smoothly around me, If I press too many potions or skills or try to move too many times I get unexpected disconnect. Would love a response for a GGG member confirming or denying that this is an AMD or POE issue and that its out of my control to fix this problem.
