Help with my poe.trade IGN

I know, that there is many similar posts, but my problem is a bit different. My IGN on poe.trade is МокрыйВильям, but this character isn't exist for a while. So people can't trade with me, they get a message "This character is not exist". Seems like it's a bug, so can you help me with that?

It is a bug that's been around for a while. Easy way to solve it is just to make another character with the same name. Don't have to use it, as long as it exists the whispers will work.
