This build really only functions around lv90 and isn't cheap so....shit starting build.

You also need a jewel with +2 mana on hit and .3% mana leech, they can be the same jewel

• Help Oak = +16% Physical Damage
• Help Alira = +1 Maximum Power Charge

Will this build be updated and have more detail? Sounds interesting but not enough info for me to reliable choose this build yet
