Actually no you couldn't, if you took GGG to court, they would just show the judge that you have acknowledged and accepted the user agreement and the judge would laugh in your face and throw your case in the trash on his way to starbucks, or more likely the bar. I know I would need a drink after dealing with someone crying lawsuit over such a little thing.
You got a temporary mute for talking about a subject that is considered border line at best. Just suck it up and move on.
Honestly a company could have you sign over your entire life earnings in the TOS of their game and the average user would have no clue until someone noticed and brought it up.

It is not directly in the Agreement for ToS but the ToS does give a blanket answer that your account and actions are under GGG's sole discretion and scrutiny. If they so chose they could flat out ban you without a reason. They won't because what kind of business model is that, but RMT isn't usually a legal activity in games and GGG despises RMT since it would devalue their game. You were saying you RMT'd in another game which to them is essentially endorsing the activity, even if you didn't intend to do so with PoE.

Seriously, answering like that just shows you want to pick a fight. You are asking for somebody to direct you to the part of the agreement and then when somebody (me) tells you that their agreement is a blanket answer you ask if that person is their lawyer? How about learning any amount of common sense and read the ToS yourself.

Not sure why there are even 2 pages on this subject.

ToS in one way or another basically says that no matter what,they reserve the right to mute or terminate any account whenever or for whatever reason they see fit.

It's how almost any online game does this,which is why you never hear of a gamer suing an online game dev for their account termination or whatever,and even if there is such a case,it's never won.

Steer clear of RMT,or anything related to it,if there is even a mention in it within your radius,leave instantly.

P.S. nobody here gives a damn how other games handle it,what matters is how it's handled here,and you just got the taste of it,even if it was a miscalculation or human error,see the second line of the post.
