My Shield Bash skill gem idea!
so i came up with this Shield bash skill gem (red), here's how the skill would work:
you strike your enemy with your shield dealing X% of base attack damage and 50% of your shield's armor/evasion/energy shield as extra physical damage. requires shield (duh) so this skill would use your armor as damage, sounds great for me! if u have any suggestion dont doubt telling me. I was toying with this idea in my head a while back. Maybe something neat to use with an unarmed facebreaker build?

Will be better to grab shield charge and make the damage be based in you know "shield"
Something i would like to see is Armor vertion of dreamfeather. self found league fan

Had a similar thought, just more concerning shieldcharge and stuff...
1. Shield Bash: Strikes your enemy with your shield. Knock back and stun chances, yadayada. Maybe something like this: Armor = Fire Damage Evasion = Cold Damage ES = Lightning Damage Just some thoughts Here's where it gets interesating: 2. Charge Support: Using supported Melee Skill lets your character run towards the target and attack with the Skill as soon as the weapon/melee range is closed. Closed distance acts as "more damage" boost, movement speed and attackspeed kinda blend in together. As you might have noticed, this is splitting Shield Charge in two seperate portions (with shield charge being the two in one combo like vigilant strike is with fortify). Can't judge if it would be smart to make the supported skill act as movement skill (because trickster) or if just the support gem needed the movement tag. What do you guys think? |
