Do you think that a 4 totem hierophant templar is possible with this build?

Thought i'd share my progress on this build, while switching up some stuff to more cater to my style/needs.
Gear
For dual totem switch Amulet is meh, it opens up dual curse for me without using doedre's and I just haven't gotten something better to use yet. My goal eventually is to find an amulet with res and int/dex and switch out my boots for death's door. Right now that isn't feasible for me though. I also use witchfire for the vulnerability. I've decided to use most of the time, purity of lightning and temp chains in the alpha's howl. If needed i can turn off temp chains or purity for determination as the need arises. since with my gear setup my lightning res is uncapped, i feel as though a lightning coil suits my needs the most with the extra benefit i'd gain from it. Alternatively Belly is a good option. Heavy strike is what I choose for my own attack skill. I know culling and inc aoe may not be the best option but they work well for me.

Switched the Legacy Voidheart for Ming's Heart and Less Duration gem with Poison Support

I was finded. I is Path of Building. But when I setting/import data still no matching. Even I was loadung data guggelhupf also no mutich with 1 page offense. Def OK. I was try set configuration but still not mutching. In progam lowest than picture. |

OP: Why the switch out of Voidheart to a Ming's? Did the swap to the Poison gem bring your DPS down by a considerable amount?
