Bug Reports - URL in "Thanks" Private Message for purchasing MTX is wrong/confusing - Forum

You can contact support here: http://pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support or email support@grindinggear.com 1) None of the URL's use the [url][/url] syntax to turn them in to hyperlinks. 2) http://pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support is the URL to the "Compose Private Message" website with nothing inputted in to the Sender box or any indication of who to direct the message to in order for it to reach Support, making that URL pointless. Directing people to https://www.pathofexile.com/support ~~would both direct people to a place where they can actually contact Support and it~~ would mitigate the need to mention the email address since it is also specified on the linked website (email address becomes redundant). This would make the message a lot neater and for the information to flow better. aka: You don't need to include the email address in the Private Message if you link people to https://www.pathofexile.com/support and https://www.pathofexile.com/support looks a lot nicer and less unwieldy than http://pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support. Also http://pathofexile.com/private-messages/compose/to/Support is dependent on people being correctly redirected to the HTTPS server which is another reason to get rid of that URL. It also features a capital letter in the URL which is generally a no-no in the internet world. you could have a second support page like https://www.pathofexile.com/microtransaction-support or some such with information specifically pertaining to purchases of microtransactions and instead link purchasers to that page. There is no 'sender' on the forum PM system, so I'm not sure what you mean by that. The recipient, Support, is already set; check the "To:" box at the top of that page. Oh, so it is. I always found it a bit weird how the PM interface is arranged, not sure why. I updated the original post in light of this information.
