Best 2.4 lightning arrow build for standard league??

Hey all im bored at work and am wanting to make a LA bow ranger and was just curious on ypu giys thoughts for standard. I'm looking for a build i can hit 100 with with a good balance of high damage and also being able to survive a little. Any advice is appreciated. Have a good night!!!
