Need to:
- make coil 4B2G to use controlled destruction instead of added cold.
- make dagger 2G1R and use fortify
- get better amu (with 80+ life)

use hypothermia + ice bite with herald of ice to generate frenzy charges

why not quality lvl 20 at gems...spear +40 speed proj.
