my spells are not working

My spells are not effective after the Patch 2.4.0c.
I changed few passive skills after the update. spells that includes summoning like tomes and skeletons are working(no problem in it). but the spells like ice auro and any damaging spells dont work. the reason i found is that they dont have dps in their description. plz help me...
