Emperors Wit/Might/Cunning need a small buff

I find it kinda silly that if you are a build that wants to stack one specific Attribute, Str Int or Dex for the various bonuses Emperor's Mastery is still far better then these lesser, more targeted versions. wouldn't it make sense for them to hit the 5-7%(perhaps even a little higher) range same as Mastery but within their specific focus? Currently I see no use for these other than stacking one after you already have an emperor's Mastery
