[Support Gem] Seeking Projectile

[Blue Slot] or [Green Slot]
Name - Seeking Projectile
Type - Support, Projectile
Mana Cost Multiplier - 130%

Pros: Projectiles seeks target
Cons: Damage 20% less projectile damage / 20% decreased projectile speed

Quality modifier - 1% increased attack speed per 3% of quality (9% quality = 3% increased attack speed)

Why? Support gem like this can open a lot of doors to new builds and play styles that are very enjoyable. Some might believe that this will make projectiles in general so OP but that can easily be adjustable with reductions. A lot of people likes to play a range class for the versatility, and this kind of support gem can really improve shoot and move type of game play. Let me know what you guys think! :>

Not sure why I would ever use it when I can just use the regular version and click directly on my target.

Just imagine: Fighting a boss monster and using GMP. Will result in 5 hitting burning arrows (for exmaple) regardless of range. Makes fighting much easier/saver for you. Even in crowds no arrow will miss it's target anymore when using Multiple Projectiles or Skills like Lightning Strike or Spell Totem with Ice Spear and LMP.

I guess this is especially good for glass cannon builds who fight at huge ranges and miss often their targets.

I like the idea. Thought I think the quality could give a little bit more then just 3% per 9% quality. Not even worth upgrading. I would say like 0.75 Attack/cast speed per quality.
Support Gem's are supposed to be optional anyways. If it suits your style then use it. if not then dont. I just want to see more complexity of combos gems because this game is all about making a build/character that suits your style. I just feel like every ranger characters are like oOO WTB CHAIN WTB GMP wtbWTbwtB! All the numbers i posted are just something i thought of ontop of my head that sounds reasonable xD you could also replace attackspeed with critical hit chance or something.

Yea, right now almond goes in every thread and tells people that the idea is not good and that the game doesn't benefit from it. He accuses other people for not having put any thoughts into the idea and that's just wrong. He did it in my thread and in this thread and I guess in many others too. He complains about "Shrine of Exile" thread because like 4-5 people are bumping the thread up. But in fact, it looks like everyone loves this idea, so why even complain about the "bumps"?

Well, I like your idea. A high attack speed character with this support gem would be like a minigunner which projectiles can't miss, lol. I think for totems it's even better.
Imagine it with Spark. It could definitely bring some more fun to the game.
