[need Help] CI Tempest Shield

hey com i wanna try to play my char with CI and tempest shield because i think its interesting and i really like tempest shield but i dont know what i need to creat the "best" build for it
i try to creat a build

i think this build is not so good but i dont know how to do i better xD

hope you guys can help me to create a better build and to choose a good aoe and 1v1 skill against bosses ._.

and ehm... CI is not a must have for me i think its interesting but i really want a good build for tempest shield

1. Taking CI is more complex than you imagine, taking it right away will generally end up being a failure. CI requires you not just to have enough ES nodes but also have the equipment to provide you with enough ES to just live off of it.
Take some health nodes and respec them as soon as CI becomes viable.

2. Those Mana on Kill nodes you've taken are really really horrible, just don't use them^^

3. As a decent AoE I'd say you should pick Freezing Pulse, it's easy to get as a quest reward but still powerful and has an AoE.
Since it is an Projectile it doesn't profit from the increased AoE nodes you've taken though.
