nl-Kripp is playing NOW!!

"
Hes not wrong though.

They are VERY wrong, and some of you obviously needs to take a break and see how bad the other ARPG's out there compared to this. I been there and done them... I can say without a doubt..

POE is hands down the best in every aspect. Especially now that desynch is under control.

Most of you complainers need to simply take a break, because you can no longer see the forest for the trees.

Krip was the elite endgamers meta max guy to watch during beta / launch. I never found him that enjoyable because he basically would just find ways to exploit the system. Like all meta max gamers do. When he found all the skill exploits or couldn't exploit the systems like he use to he quit. Because its no fun for uber powergamers to not exploit. All of his builds revolved around finding ways to double dip dmg.

ZiggyD is leagues ahead of this guy in style and and even the projectPT as critical as he is, is still better to watch than this visually smelly, smoked out, pompous loser.

Why do you play this shitty game? xD

lol it reminds me of Kripp's Twitch chat last night.
Hearthstone dudes were like "man this game is sooo boring" "I'm so bored of watching omg" "type 1 if you're bored".

30 mins later the same dudes were still at it.

And I'm like.... well why the fuck are you watching? I don't get it. Are they forced to watch?

Now it's like if you hate Simple Plan and voluntarily listen to their album on Youtube just to say "damn I hate Simple Plan" "man this is sooo boring" "why isn't this video something I like instead".

Honestly who gives a shit?

He brings more fresh noobs to play this game than any other player or form of marketing. More noobs equals more lucrative economy and more money for GGG.

You mean those noobs that cant get past normal mervile and by GGGs own omission quit within an hour of the game. Yea dude those noobs are helping this game out a lot. /s Get a clue, most of his chat is pissed hes even playing the game, spaming his chat to riot and zzzzzzzz and ResidentSleeper emote. Krip isnt doing anything for the community, atleast support people that are trying.

I mean take your lies elsewhere, last time he did a content stream with chris he looked like he would rather be getting stung by 100000 angry bees.

I haven't seen a noticeable spike in the steam chart graph as a result of Kripp playing.

His effect on the playerbase reached it's full potential 4 years ago (open beta release)

The times of ANY streamer making any significant boost to the playerbase has passed.
Thank you Jim! and here's Tom with the weather...

Not everybody plays POE via Steam though. So that's not all the numbers, probably the numbers of players residing in the US and Europe majority. If you live in South East Asia or Asia for that matter you gotta bypass the Garena Wall before you get directed to POE Global.

Also IDK Kripp's way of talking is meh... boring. ZiggyD and ItsYoji I like their streams because they have accents and they're more emotive.

Who gives a fuck? Kripp practically doesn't care about the game anymore. It has been like that for over a year.

I like him unless he does not trash PoE unreasonably.

I still hope him someday to "fully" return to the PoE to compete the HC ladder. He also brings other streamers, which is really a big + for the ladder.

With his presence, the ladder would be a lot more interesting than now.

Well unless GGG poneys up some serious bread or he can pull 20K+ viewers to his stream consistently while playing its not gonna happen... Hes all about the money and nothing more. Hell i dont even think he really enjoys playing Hearthstone.. But then again sometimes i dont like Welding either.. But the money is right so i do it anyway. Just like he does.

I agree that not everybody plays via steam. But during launch, it was very easy by looking at the cue and the steam numbers to deduce that it's roughly a 50/50 to 40/60 split (leaning to the non-steam side)

That tells me that if the most influential streamer to date (Kripp) is going to create any kind of sudden spike in PoE players, roughly 40-50% of those would have been steam users.

There has been no discernible spike/increase as a result of Kripp's stream.
