MoldyDwarf's 2.3 LawnMower Build

I'm making this post for my own benefit. It's a slight adaptation of BlastingCap's Low-life Blade Vortex Pathfinder LawnMower build. I focused mostly on stacking attack speed and mana regeneration to avoid the need for Vaal Clarity and/or a mana flask. The build is insane for bosses and pretty good for clearspeed (but not nearly as good as my Mjolner toon ... RIP in 2.4).
