A) That much life on a amulet and CDR makes traps and minion arrow builds absolutely bonkers.
B) Increased movement speed is pretty QoL
C) A free 2 sockets on an amulet is too much

As much as the concept is nice, the amulet is waaay to powerful. A lot of abuse and cooldown bypassing is too much to handle.

There needs to be downsides on unique items. Even if it's hidden, it has to be there.

A for concept, D for execution.

Solid feedback. Thanks! Here's a new attempt at the design.

+90-100 to Maximum Life
25-100% Reduced Cooldown for Skills
50-150% Reduced Cooldown for [ Blink Arrow / Cold Snap / Vigilant Strike ]
Take no movement penalty from armour
Slow effects are 33% more effective against you.

What do you/y'all think?

What is "reduced Cooldown"? Do you mean "increased Cooldown Recovery Speed"? (I assume so, otherwise, none of the numbers you chose make any sense.)

It has nothing to do with lingo. 100% reduced skill cooldown means skills have 0 cooldown.

Think of it like this. If a skill has a 10 second cooldown, what do you think happens if the skill were to get its cooldown reduced by 100%? What is 10 seconds times 0?
Any value higher than 100% would give you errors.
