Would like a GGG Member's response about Kitava's Thirst

If I have 99% Of my Mana reserved 495/500 (5 mana left)

And my cyclone costs 107 Mana

And I am using Soul Taker

Will I spend 5 Mana per cast and not trigger this unique or will I spend 107 Mana and trigger.

I can think of combinations that will be more broken than Soultaker Cyclone.

Implement this item GGG, and Mjolner will be useless.

Switch for single target -> Blade Vortex, Flame Surge, Flame Surge, Iron Will (Deals 50% MORE dmg in righteous fire range)

3 Fevered Mind for +Mana cost

2 Unique lab jewels (All stat + Str one)

Blasphemy Flammability, Purity of Fire, Herald of Ash

15% Life Regen, 200% Life, 500 Str from Tree, with 400% Spell dmg from Free

138% Armor, Cannot be stunned, 1% of fire damage leeched back as life

Soul Taker chills so Hypothermia support works with everything because Soul Taker chills targets

73% Fire Pen, 90% Fire resistance, 70% MORE spell damage

Side note here: isn't Cyclone going to be channeled? If so, I doubt it will cost mana and have mana per second cost. :v

It will not work with soul taker (or blood magic):

Welp, gotta admit that it was pretty obvious it wouldn't work, in terms of how obviously broken it would be - good thing they changed the wording, as it suggested it might work.

Avatar of Fire. So NO, Soul Taker won't chill. Soul Taker makes your physical damage chill, and Avatar of Fire removes any physical damage you'd be doing.

Not like it matters now that GGG confirmed Soul Taker won't work, but...Still. Might help you another time.

Mod description changed, now it is obvious you actually have to, you know, spend that 100+ mana for chance of skill proc. RIP poor axe.
