The thing is that "Power Siphon" doesnt stack with spell dmg and only stack with element dmg. The old wand gives you more dmg because it has fire dmg and "Power Siphon" stack with Fire,Lightning and cold dmg. ALso, It doesnt stack with cast speed and with attack speed insteed.
I took a look at your skill tree and i wonder why you dont take "Elementalist". |
