Chancing Voll's Devotion

Hi, thinking of chancing Voll's Devotion someday through my max level Zana's Map Device but I can't find the Anarchy or Onslaught mods in the device... Is there something I'm missing here, like a rotation or something? If there is a rotation, is there any other way to obtain Voll's Devotion other than trading or Divination cards? Thanks.

Yes, there's a rotation ever 3 months since a while ago, some league mods are always unavailable now. No other way except cards currently, you will need to wait for the mod to become available.

Pretty sure the available mods at Zana is somewhat randomized every three months to coincide with new leagues.
