Duelist tips to defeat Merveil?

Since i can't bear playing without sound i use
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PathOfExile.exe" --softwareaudio

Helped immensely in Perandus. Don't know if it still helps a lot after the recent performance patches.
If you upgrade any hardware, get a SSD and install PoE on it.

OP, if your internet suck and you face issues, then test the performance on predictive mode, but not the default option (lockstep).
