Spell damg is a little low but overall it isn't a really bad rod. I'd call it mediocre.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask the same. I have only briefly idea about wands and so on, and from what I know one of these might be not bad:
Or at least solid average, dunno. edit: one more dropped it has free suffix and prefix, so, this mean probably more cast speed or flat lighting @Elfboy: yea, I guess so. Still, I wonder about the rest. Like, one or few guys told me, good wand should have good %spell dmg, spell crit around 100, casting speed and probably flat of given element. But how much of %dmg is good, is flat neccessary, how much of casing speed is ok..etc I don't rly know that (I dont know the whole thing) Burn all the orbs!
