Skilltree, Socket Jewel popup container

There is a current bug on the Skilltree planer relating to Socket Jewels and the popup container. On fullscreen mode it is not displaying properly.

Specifically: #poe-popup-container and .newItemPopup

I noticed I can get it working about half the time. Other times the hover popup container is nowhere near where it should be, and thus off screen.

Sometimes it works on initial load and not fullscreened. However entering fullscreen it stops working. I've tried at least two browsers. Firefox seems to be broken altogether, while Opera seems to only break on fullscreen.
