PETA was demanding that GGG pay a tribute to the PrideRock Wildlife Refuge because they were using an image of a lion on the mana globe. GGG will of course bend to the PC crowd and change it this expansion.

to give OP his (you) for the day: it certainly is catering to those danged SJWs, what with the graphic mutilation present in two entire acts of content, all-male cast of leaders and villains, with piety being a mere underling and atziri being nonstory content, the surprising amount of casual nudity (such as the gold statues both male and female in solaris/scepter/etc, dialla's not-quite-a shirt, and mm-mm-MMM atziri), and the one-waifish-starving-white-girl frame for every female in the game--whose the only exceptions being maramoa, doedre, and the aforementioned goddess-queen of mayan-kind, though in completely different manners.
