Duelist crit sword build help

Here's my current setup

i'm capped in resists with 5k health and 32% phys reduction. Sitting at 21k unbuffed in town which I feel is low, but I could be wrong and the Crit chance is at 27%. If possible I would like to make this build END GAME and be able to do all or close to all end game content. Thanks for any help or advice in advance!

Tree

I'm planning on going gladiator grat violence first so I can drop melee splash and add in crit chance maybe? not sure what would be best.

i'm keeping the line open near vitality void and spirit void just because I feel like I might need some leach. I guess what I'm asking for help with is my tree the best it can be? or can I switch a few things around to make it better? I don't want to lose any of the life nodes. Also is my gear decent? or any suggested upgrades?
Your crit character has very little crit, you're using Iron Reflexes/Unwavering Stance on a character with minimal investment in armor or evasion, and your tree is all over the place looking for sword nodes it doesn't need whilst mostly ignoring the one sword cluster it does need.

First of all: both your swords have the default base 6.5% crit chance. The single most important crit modifier for a crit build is the weapon's base crit chance - going from 6.5% crit chance to 8% crit chance on each sword is a massive upgrade, as that base number magnifies all your other crit scaling. The swords are otherwise not too bad, but crit build needs moar crit. See if you can get somewhat comparable swords with at least 8% crit chance, though they will be expensive. Frankly Dual Strike is often better with daggers than with swords, but good attack-focused crit daggers are not cheap.

Second - you might really want to think about killing everything west of Master of the Arena, in your tree. That's forty-one nodes you're using to, basically, hit the Scion life wheel and the Marauder's sword wheel. Even just trimming down to the fifteen nodes you need to hit the life wheel and the jewel socket gets you back twenty-six nodes you can use to do things that actually benefit your build. Filling out Fatal Blade would be a good start, pick up some of that leech you want but aren't currently getting. Drop Iron Reflexes - it's a specialized build thing now, not the default way to use evasion. Run up to Revenge of the Hunted, grab Heartseeker and Acuity, maybe pick up some frenzy charges if you decide on a frenzy charge generator somewhere. Get some crit, and just as importantly accuracy, on your crit build.

Third - your links are a bit of a mess. 6L Belly of the Beast is awesome and helps but some of your skill set-ups look...weird. Heavily supported ice golem? No Fortify anywhere? Weak ancestral Protector over strong Ancestral Chief? I dunno. I've never done a Dual Strike build, but I don't know as this is how I'd do one if I did. Inc. Crit Chance is really good now and helps patch up builds with spotty crit weapons like those swords, or tips builds with really good crit weapons into the 80+% crit chance range if the rest of the build falls in line. If you're going Gladiator with the Bleed nodes, an Ancestral Chieftain totem with Melee Phys, FA, and Bloodlust deals huge deepz against targets you bleed and can also be used as an AoE clearing tool if you want to drop Melee Splash from your Dual Strike.

Get Portal on your CWDT set-up for better coverage there, ensuring that you should have a portal right to where you left off if something manages to get you and/or have a portal ready if you're really struggling and want to head to town to flask up. Or if you're using it just to avoid carrying Portal scrolls...carry Portal scrolls, or stuff the Portal in a gemslot on your weapon swap. Gem slots are too valuable to waste on stuff like a main link setup Portal.

Use crit strikes, not crit damage, the latter is woefully underpowered.

Thank you for the info! What would your suggested tree look like if you were to create one? would you mind setting it up? I don't see myself being able to upgrade the swords yet because I checked prices and well I don't have that kind of currency atm lol so I will make due with these ones. Didn't plan on using frenzy charges. I just want a strong base damage with a lot of crit. What's an ideal gem setup look like for a build like this? and what's the best ascendancy choice? I know i'm asking you to do a lot :) Sorry I am just not familiar with the tree yet honestly because every time I build something I follow a build off forums and don't pay too much attention to it unless I notice something is wrong, but in this case I just don't have that much experience with swords so i'm not entirely sure on how to proceed. I love this character and everything about the skill. I can see myself playing this character forever lol.

Here's another build to reference. The gear will be all but identical, and you can see what crit/damage nodes he goes for on the skill tree. You just won't need to worry much about the block or AoE nodes, as your build isn't really concerned with those.

Look, man. Video games are hard, okay?
the dread scalpel sword is amazing, you dont need to replace that one, you just need to remove the 27% crit multi bench craft u put on it and put on the 27% critical strike chance instead. You should replace your crit multi gem with a crit strikes gem too.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
