Cast When Damage Taken Quality Question (what exqactly does Quality do?)
Question regarding CWDT gem quality. What exactly does the quality add to this gem? It's not intuitive as to what quality does.
Since CWDT is optimal at lvl 2, and requires, say, Immortal Call to be at most lvl 4, does this allow for the gem to be 1-2 levels higher? Hence the gem to be casted can be a few levels higher as well? IDK, as I said, the quality doesn't make much sense. Last bumped on Jul 30, 2016, 1:41:52 PM

You can always check the wiki for that stuff. In this case it adds .5 damage increase to the casted skill. At 20q it adds 10% increase. Not helpfully to IC.

Oh, something that would affect buffs too, I imagine, which aren't even directly penalized by CwDT.
It would be nice if we had some 'skill effect' mod that would penalize all numerical values on the skill or just one that's designated as 'main', the way we have on flasks, that would be fun (and remove the need for that awkward level restriction). Yeah, the system could be very useful, quality on CwDT could be 'increased skill effect' and totems could just have 'less skill effect' penalty instead of speed/damage.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Not a bad request but I don't think it's something we're due to see anytime soon. Rory said they're having some trouble getting totems to use channeling spells after the rework, so yeah, seems pretty rudimentary.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
